Philipp Stolzenburg: Our new Director Sales & Proposals

I am very pleased to introduce myself as the new Director Sales & Proposals at Doosan Lentjes. Since 1 September 2020, I have been responsible for product management, marketing, business development, sales and proposals. In this role, I take on a wide range of tasks and see myself as a mediator between the various departments and customers.

In today’s world, the market is becoming increasingly demanding and complex. This makes it all the more important to work closely together at all levels of the company. Transparent and open communication is the most important thing for me. I am convinced that we will only remain successful if we work together on good and innovative solutions. As a leader, it is important to me to create an environment for my colleagues in which they can concentrate on their tasks and at the same time develop the courage to try out new ideas. I hope that together we will think outside the box and pursue new approaches, even if they initially seem unconventional. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, doing a lot of sports and, when it comes to travelling, (almost) all countries away from package tourism are my favourite destinations. 😉
