In focus: Mateo Goschnick, Scheduling
My history at Doosan Lentjes began in May 21 after gaining some experience in scheduling in the plant engineering sector, building steel mills.
As a scheduler I am tasked with the development, continuous monitoring and updating of project time schedules for both the offer as well as the execution phase.
Apart from scheduling across all project phases and monitoring the projects progress in cooperation with project management, the colleagues and project partners, my duties include analyzing time impacts as well as reporting.
Currently I am responsible for the waste-to-energy Wiesbaden Project on site as well as for Kelvin Project to deliver a flue gas treatment plant.
I especially enjoy the teamwork, homely atmosphere, team spirit and flat hierarchies which are important to successfully manage projects. In addition, I enjoy working on exciting big projects.
