In focus: Dennis Schlegel, Site Manager Dinslaken waste-wood-fired project
My history at Doosan Lentjes began in July 2021, after having worked as a site supervisor on various projects in the oil & gas and energy sectors. During this time, I gained in-depth experience in site management and execution. At Doosan, I was able to start out in the erection planning for the Dinslaken wood-fired power plant project and apply my expertise accordingly. Since January 2022, I have been in charge of the Dinslaken project as a specialist construction manager and now also as site manager. I am convinced that I can accompany the project and many others to success with my team and I am looking forward to the future.
What I particularly appreciate about Doosan Lentjes is that the company trusts in the expertise of its employees and that flat hierarchies ensure quick decision-making processes. We on the construction site in particular are usually dependent on a quick response from the project team, but we are also trusted to make decisions independently. Furthermore, what I appreciate about Doosan Lentjes is the teamwork, which is incredibly important, especially on construction sites, to ensure successful project execution. Doosan Lentjes is always willing to continuously improve in all areas and therefore relies on the feedback and experience of its employees. #YourVoiceMatters expresses this well, because the company constantly has the will to change for the better and every individual can and should participate in this process. This strengthens my opinion to go my way with an innovative and future-oriented company.
