New internal training programme: Sharing knowledge and learning together

At Doosan Lentjes, we attach great importance to continuous learning and working together. To support our employees in their professional development, we have launched a new internal training programme, which started in October 2024.

What’s special about it? Our internal training courses are run by colleagues for colleagues. This means that the content is not only practical and tailored to everyday challenges, but is also led by experts from our own ranks who know exactly what is important to us.

Our training catalogue offers a wide range of exciting topics:
● Advanced Excel techniques
● Insights into BIM and SAP
● Project management basics
● 3D modelling, logistical processes and much more

These training courses offer our colleagues the opportunity to expand their skills – whether they want to deepen their specialised knowledge or learn new skills. They benefit directly from the experience and expertise of our employees who work with these topics on a daily basis.

At Doosan Lentjes, the motto is: #YourVoiceMatters – and with this internal training programme, we are implementing what our colleagues have been asking for. Because we want everyone to have the opportunity to develop professionally and personally with us.
