Our construction site teams and the unexpected sausage basket visit

Last month, our construction site teams in Dinslaken and Wiesbaden received an unexpected and extremely tasty visit.

To simply say a big “thank you” to our guys and girls on the construction site for their hard work on the joint projects and to say “We’re thinking of you”, we commissioned two local caterers to surprise our teams with regional delicacies in the form of a sausage basket or sausage platter.

As you can easily see from the photo, there was great surprise and anticipation at the sight of the sausage basket. It was a welcome opportunity for the teams to sit down together, enjoy the delicacies and exchange ideas. It was a moment of relaxed togetherness in the midst of everyday construction site life.

As part of our #YourVoiceMatters campaign, it’s nice to see how something as simple as a sausage basket can have a positive impact on mood and team spirit. Sometimes it’s the small gestures that make the biggest difference.

With this in mind, let’s all plan a little surprise for someone else more often and make the world a friendlier place!
