What does Doosan Lentjes stand for? What makes the company unique as an employer and what can applicants expect from us? You are probably looking for answers to all these questions in order to assess whether Doosan Lentjes is a good fit for you.

We aim to give you honest answers to all these questions to ensure that you get an authentic picture of us and know what you can expect when you work at Doosan Lentjes.

So, in 2020, we first asked ourselves what makes us special. But by “us” we don’t just mean the marketing and HR departments. After all, our aim was not to produce glossy brochures in which we make promises that, on closer inspection, do not correspond to reality. No – rather, we asked our employees, because they are certainly the best judges of what they value about us. And: they are the ones who shape us and who live our culture every day – so they should also have their say.

That was the birth of the Your Voice Matters campaign, which focuses on colleagues. What does that mean? Well, in a survey we looked at the many perspectives of daily working life and in direct dialogue we worked out and discussed together where our strengths lie, what we are particularly good at. At the same time, however, the aim was to uncover where there is still room for improvement.

However, the opportunity to give feedback was not a one-off. Rather, it is about further developing our corporate culture through continuous exchange and more transparency in our daily interaction. Therefore, our employees can regularly evaluate their mood and give feedback on topics that are particularly important to them or where they see potential for optimisation. But our aspirations do not end there either: the voice of our colleagues is also heard in projects, in the team and in our own work design. It is very important to us that everyone who works for and with us pulls together, and we believe that this is only possible if everyone feels part of a common entity. Very important in everything we do: Feedback – no matter through which channels it comes – is an integral part of regular reviews and processes to implement improvements and optimisations. Our goal is to make our workplace an (even) better one, and it depends on each and every one of us!
