In focus: Hans Herbert Kindermann, Engineering Manager
My story at Doosan Lentjes: I became aware of Doosan Lentjes through a supplier and applied. Fortunately, a role opened up as Engineering Manager in the WtE Wiesbaden project. I have been working in this role since September 2021. The execution against the background of Covid and the Ukraine war is proving to be a real challenge, but one that I am happy to take on.
What do you particularly appreciate about Doosan Lentjes as an employer? The open and collegial cooperation, especially during my induction, impressed me. The impressive and the resulting high level of know-how regarding the technologies represented by Doosan Lentjes also have a good reputation outside the company. The office situation, the canteen and, last but not least, various actions aimed at further improving cooperation and efficiency make me feel positive.
For me, #YourVoiceMatters means: The management’s will to achieve employee participation in the development of the company with actions such as “Your Voice Matters” and to take up the practical experience, especially of long-serving employees, corresponds to the appropriate measures in times like these.
