You can therefore look forward to flexible working hours with flexitime and a culture of mobile working, where you can work from home two days a week in consultation with your supervisor. 30 days of annual leave are a standard at our company; in addition, you can expect up to four bridging days off per year. Overtime can be compensated for example with free time.
