In focus: Swen Braciak, Senior Logistics Manager
My story at Doosan Lentjes …
Started end of December 2022 after working many years for a competitor in the power business, where I have gained a lot of experiences for big on- and offshore power projects.
I am working as a Senior Logistics Manager and I am responsible for all deliveries along the complex supply chains, e. g. for our Wiesbaden and Kelvin projects – an interesting and daily challenge.
What do you particularly appreciate about Doosan Lentjes as an employer?
The company relies on trust and independence towards its employees. Everyone is empowered within his role to make active and targeted decisions. The project teams and the flat hierarchy within these teams are good examples for “working as a team”.
On the social aspect, the company provides various options to work independently and family-friendly, which is an important point to feel comfortable within the company.
